Chairman: Dr. George E. Gabriel:

Currently working as the Vice President at Northern Virginia Community College, the second largest community college in the country. A Fulbright Scholar, he obtained his Ph.D. in Economics and Sociology from Vanderbilt University. He was a professor of economics at the University of Sri Lanka for six years. He had worked as a faculty member at Vanderbilt University, and a Researcher at Montgomery College in Maryland over the years. He is married to former Jacintha Dias and they have a daughter, Nadeeka Gabriel.

Treasurer: Gabe (Pragash) Gabriel

Retired from the US Air Force after nearly a quarter of a century of service. He served at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (AFB) North Carolina, Torrejon Air Base, Spain, Columbus AFB Mississippi, George AFB, California, Shaw AFB, South Carolina, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea and Southern Watch in Saudi Arabia. He served as the Sortie Generation Superintendent at 71st Fighter Squadron, Langley AFB, and later he served as the Inspector General, Air Combat Command, Langley AFB, Virginia. After his military retirement he worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist and later as the Senior Business Continuity Planner and Disaster Recovery Coordinator for the US Navy Marine Corp Intranet Program. Currently he is working for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Chief Information Office as an IT Security Officer at the Pentagon. He is married to former Yolanda Corral Canalda of Madrid, Spain and they have a daughter, Vanessa Gabriel.

Executive Director: JP Pius Gabriel

Retired from the Air Force after nearly a quarter of a century of service to this country. His assignments include: Executive Assistant, Department of Defense Policy on Federal Aviation, Asst. Sec. of Defense for C4 I, Pentagon, Washington DC; Commander, Communications, Computers and Air Traffic Control Squadron ; Fighter Aircraft Engine Acquisition Division Chief; Director of Traffic Control and Landing Systems, and several other duties. He has a Masters Degree in Political Science International Relations. He is married to former Dr. Mary E. Moher, and they have a daughter, Malina Gabriel who lives in Florida.

Board of Directors

Dr. Mary E. Gabriel: A retired USAF Colonel, Dr Gabriel received her MD degree in 1981 from Dartmouth Medical School. In addition to other degrees, she holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (MTM&H) from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr Gabriel is board certified in Preventive Medicine and Aerospace Medicine, and is also residency-trained in Occupational Medicine. Retired from the Air Force in October 2002 after more than 21 years service, she is currently employed as a civilian physician by the US Army at Ft Bragg.

Mr. Mark Westrick: Mark is a graduate of Indiana University in Pennsylvania, with a degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. He has more than 20 years of experience as a Mental Health Professional. In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience as the Administrator of Programs serving Disabled Persons for a five county areas in North Carolina. He devotes his free time to helping the Lee county youth in various fields.

Rev. Fr. Clement Annadas: Parish Priest, Trincomalle diocease;  Directior of Operations for Sri-Lanka, Brothers of The Poor - Tsunami aid to eastern Sri - Lanka. 

Mr. M. Balasuprmanium: Advisor and Consultant for Sri - Lankan Operations, Brothers of The Poor.
